Welcome to Graham & Anna’s personal blog. The aim of this site is to help people make an informed choice on whether to work from home with Kleeneze, running their own MLM business. We have been working with Kleeneze for the past 4 and a half years and would like to pass on the information we have learned over this time. If you would like to earn an extra £50 a week around your commitments or even £1,000 a week, we can show you what you need to do.

We will be adding information regularly to keep you updated both in our personal and business progression. We have several fantastic mentors in our Kleeneze business and with their help we are adding to our ever expanding knowledge of using the internet. But, we are in a people business and love to speak with people in person or on the phone. The internet is a great tool and we are looking to help and work with other  likeminded people to support and coach them to succeed in achieving their own goals.

Please have a look around our website to find out all about us and what we have been doing including information we think may be of interest to you. For more details of our business opportunity please visit http://www.icanhelpu.co.uk and we will look forward to helping you in the future.

I’d like to tell you a quick story out of “The Cashflow Quadrant”, the 2nd book in the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” series, which you may or may not have read.

It’s a HUGE eye-opener, and if you’ve heard it before, it’s still a great reminder.

Once upon a time there was a little village… a nice place but with a small problem. The village had no water unless it rained, so they decided to put out a bid for a contractor to have the water delivered daily.

Two people volunteered and both were awarded the contract.

The first one, Ed, immediately got 2 steel buckets and began running back and forth to the lake a mile away, hauling water to the village.

The second contractor, Bill, instead of hauling buckets to compete with Ed… took some time and built a large volume stainless steel pipeline that connected the village to the lake.

At the Grand Opening of the pipeline, Bill announced that he can supply water 24/7 to the village to meet the demand (Ed could only do it on weekdays)… and could charge less than Ed did. To compete Ed had to work harder, longer hours… hire his 2 sons to help work on the weekends… until they went to college and never came back for work.

Eventually Ed had employee and union problems, which demanded higher wages, better benefits and didn’t want to haul more than 1 bucket at a time.

While Bill realized that other villages had the same problem and simply duplicated his process building other pipelines in the neighboring villages…

… delivering money to himself and water to the villages.

Bill lived happily ever after and Ed worked had for the rest of his life.

The end.

Now let me ask you…

Are you hauling buckets OR building a pipeline?

Are you working HARD… OR are you working SMART?

If you wolud like to learn more about working smart and building a pipeline that will supply you with the time and money to achieve all that you desire in life, then please get in contact, we would love to help you. Please CLICK HERE for more info.

If you had a bank that credited your account each morning with £86,400—with no balance carried from day to day—what would you do? Well, you do have such a bank…time.

Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it rules off as “lost” whatever you have failed to use toward good purposes. It carries over no balances and allows no overdrafts. You can’t hoard it, save it, store it, loan it or invest it. You can only use it—time.

Here’s a story that drives the point home.

Arthur Berry was described by Time as “the slickest second-story man in the East,” truly one of the most famous jewel thieves of all times. In his years of crime, he committed as many as 150 burglaries and stole jewels valued between $5 and $10 million. He seldom robbed from anyone not listed in the Social Register and often did his work in a tuxedo. On an occasion or two, when caught in the act of a crime by a victim, he charmed his way out of being reported to the police.

Like most people who engage in a life of crime, he was eventually caught, convicted and served 25 years in prison for his crimes. Following his release, he worked as a counterman in a roadside restaurant on the East Coast for $50 a week.

A newspaper reporter found him and interviewed him about his life. After telling about the thrilling episodes of his life he came to the conclusion of the interview saying, “I am not good at morals. But early in my life I was intelligent and clever, and I got along well with people. I think I could have made something of my life, but I didn’t. So when you write the story of my life, when you tell people about all the burglaries, don’t leave out the biggest one of all… Don’t just tell them I robbed Jesse Livermore, the Wall Street baron or the cousin of the king of England. You tell them Arthur Berry robbed Arthur Berry.

“Here are six terrific truths about time:

First: Nobody can manage time. But you can manage those things that take up your time.

Second: Time is expensive. As a matter of fact, 80 percent of our day is spent on those things or those people that only bring us two percent of our results.

Third: Time is perishable. It cannot be saved for later use.

Fourth: Time is measurable. Everybody has the same amount of time…pauper or king. It is not how much time you have; it is how much you use.

Fifth: Time is irreplaceable. We never make back time once it is gone.

Sixth: Time is a priority. You have enough time for anything in the world, so long as it ranks high enough among your priorities.

What you’ve just read is an excerpt from First Thing Every Morning by Lewis Timberlake. But, What do you do with your time? Do you put it to good use or do you waste it? Many people are struggling financially at the moment, but it doesn’t have to be that way. If they could find 15 – 20 hours a week in the evenings, mornings and weekends they could be earning an extra £400 – £600 per month. If you would like to know more about how this can be please take a look at our website buy clicking HERE. We look forward to helping you soon.

Tempus Fugit

I saw this article today and couldn’t belive what I was reading. Take a look and see what you think

‘Families have been hit by soaring transport and childcare costs, leaving them with a “monumental” task of trying to earn enough to get by, according to a new report.

Research found that a couple with two children had to earn £36,800 for an acceptable standard of living, up by almost a third since 2008. It said working families with children were being dealt a “damaging triple financial blow” of increased childcare costs, more expensive transport and cuts to tax credits. Under a so-called minimum income standard worked out by the foundation, single people need to earn £16,400 a year, a lone parent with one child £23,900 and pensioner couples £231 a week.

A quarter of the UK population live below the standard – three million more than in 2008, two years before the general election.

The author of the report said: “Families have a monumental task trying to earn enough to get by. Parents facing low wages and pressure on their working time have little prospect of finding the extra money they need to meet growing household expenses. “This year’s research shows  hat a dangerous cocktail of service cuts and stagnating incomes are being keenly felt by parents. Many working people face the risk of sliding into poverty. It illustrates how anti-poverty measures are needed to address not just people’s incomes but also the costs that they face.”

Donald Hirsch, co-author of the report, added: “People are being more modest in terms of what they think needs to be spent on participating in society, but this thrift has been outweighed by rising costs. Parents have not changed their view of most needs, including a nutritious diet and participation by children in activities vital for social inclusion. What has changed is the ability of many families to afford such essentials.”

These are interesting numbers and what is surprising is the amount of money a family of 4 have to earn to have an acceptable standard of living. We have been lucky enough to find a way to help us not be in this situation, by earning an considerable second income with the flexability that is needed when you are a family of 4. If you are interested in finding out more, we would love to hear from you so that we can help you too. Please take a look at our website by CLICKING HERE. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Do you have A MAP?

When running your own business there are always distraction’s that demand your attention, so its easy to get diverted away from your goals. You need a MAP. Not a road map, but a MAP. MAP stands for ‘massive action plan’, and its one of the most important keys to business success.

The process of running a business is a bit like running a marathon. If you start out sprinting, you will get so worn out that you won’t finish. That is pointless. Similarly, in business it is much better to take action consistently, doing something every day to advance towards the finish line of your goals.

Without action, nothing will happen. You will stay still, and after a while you may even go backwards in your business.

Don’t underestimate the value of action. It’s more important than skills, qualifications or any other factor in business. Action makes everything else happen. without it, you don’t even have a business.

To create a good MAP, you may have to get tough with yourself. Discipline yourself during working times to ensure that you get the things done. Schedule a start and end time for all appointments – otherwise, whats to stop them running on far beyond what you intended? If you frequently get irritated with how little you have accomplished during a day, get an accountability partner to help you. Start each day with the predetermined action that will make the most difference in your business. Don’t start with mundane, busy tasks like checking email and so on; instead begin buy bringing in some money.

Decide today what your MAP will be for this week, month and this year.
